All orders placed online are usually shipped within 24 hours and should arrive in the country where the customer lives within 5 - 8 working days. However, if you live in the more rural areas it may take longer time. International orders can be held up by customs, unfortunately these delays are beyond our control and we offer no assistance and no compensation in these matters.

Your Right To Cancel
You may, for any reason, cancel the order within 24 hours of purchasing, before the goods are actually delivered, and receive a full refund.
Cancellation of an order must be made in writing quoting your order number. This can be sent via email to customer services.
If goods have already been dispatched before cancellation, please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
A signature is required on delivery of your order. If there is no one available at the delivery address, you will not receive it. To claim the item, you have to pickup the item at the delivery company within a time frame shown on the card left at your place when you missed the first time delivery.
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Before enjoying easy return policy, you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

All returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee and bank commission. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days after you receive your parcel. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our customer serive will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
